"When we first met Christina, we were buying a unit in a building where she was the selling agent. Right away, we were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, and got along better with her than our own agent (we had actually had more than one agent because not one of them provided well-rounded service). After that transaction, we stayed in touch and when we felt ready for our next move, we didn’t hesitate to partner with Christina. Her experience both personally and professionally met our needs - she took time to understand what we were considering for our next home, knowing we had a little one and there is more at stake. She took time to educate us on neighborhoods, show us what our budget could get us, and helped us solidify our vision. When it came to the listing, selling, and buying, I can’t say enough how impressed I was with her methodology - she is strategic and honest, doesn’t waste time, and pivots when needed. During the escrow process, Christina was on top of everything from coordinating with the buyer’s agent to working with the title company to ensure everything was progressing the way it should. Because of her experience, she knew where to focus, anticipated, and solved issues quickly, and kept us informed. Whether buying or selling, the process can be stressful, but we knew were in great hands. To note, our sale finalized during the COVID-19 outbreak and it still went through without a hitch. "Talk about white glove service. Christina is a fantastic real estate agent with no-nonsense hustle and the patience of a saint. My mom is a real estate agent (not licensed in California) and was referred to Christina by one of her longtime clients who had worked with Christina to find a restaurant space. My mom is also a backseat agent so I assure you that when I say Christina is thorough and good at her job, it means that she is good at things that experienced realtors often don’t get credit for: reading between the lines, managing expectations, making things seem easy when they most certainly are not. While we had originally started working with Christina on the commercial side, we actually ended up both selling our home in LA and buying a new home in the Valley with her. The prep she did as we prepared to sell our home was extensive, the calibre of her vendors for everything from staging to marketing to cleaning was great. She also showed our house to every potential seller, and because of Covid there were no open houses to make things easier for her. She was doing 11 showings a day and after one weekend on the market, we closed off offers. Our house got 7 offers and sold significantly above asking, and she did everything for us including watering my plants, taking in my trash bins, and overseeing the staging/cleaning/photography while our family vacated the property for showing. She personally showed us... I don’t even know how many home she actually showed us. Maybe 50? But she actually showed up and went through all the homes with us bc she wanted to make sure we didn’t miss anything, and so she could get a sense for what we liked/didn’t like. When I say she’s patient it’s not just about showing the homes - we actually had her write 6 offers that didn’t pan out. When we finally purchased our home, she researched and scheduled all of the things that needed to be fixed, showed up to meet the people who were working on the house so we didn’t have to worry about it. I imagine she breathed a sigh of relief when we finally closed. I cried when we arrived at our new home on moving day because she surprised us with such amazing housewarming gifts, which I won’t divulge in case anyone else decides to buy a home with her. Our kids love Christina; she is so incredibly thoughtful. You will not find an agent who takes better care of her clients, and if we ever leave this house we love so much, we know we will go to Christina again."
